Mat Zalk

Owner, Keyrenter Tulsa

Mat Zalk is the owner and operator of Keyrenter Tulsa, Keyrenter Oklahoma City and Keyrenter Arkansas. In addition to Keyrenter Tulsa, Mat focuses on acquisition and management of single and multi-family residential properties on behalf of himself and a small network of individual investors. Mat has been an active investor since 2014.

Mat prides himself in being a top-notch problem solver and critical thinker, able to place a well-thought through solution to most problems faced by his properties and those of the properties he manages. Fluent in Spanish, Mat brings the best of the contracting and services world to deliver reasonably priced solutions to properties, regardless of language preference of providers.

For the six years to June 2017, Mat lived in Dubai. From 2014-2017 he was Strategy Director at The Property Finder Group, a mid-stage startup operating a leading online property portal with operations in eight markets across the Middle East. While at The Property Finder Group, Mat worked closely with the CEO and senior management team on various international acquisitions, a $20mm capital raise ($200mm post-money valuation), scaled local teams in the Group’s Saudi Arabia and Egypt offices, and executed a number of strategic projects in the business’s core market of Dubai.

Prior to joining The Property Finder Group, Mat was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. While at McKinsey, Mat focused on corporate finance and strategy for many of the largest family conglomerates in the region.

Mat is a licensed real estate agent in Oklahoma.
